This Customer Charter explains what you can expect when you choose us.

1) Clear and honest advice

We provide clear, honest advice based on your property, energy usage and requirements. We do not use pressure sales techniques and will always explain your options.

2) Transparent quotations

All quotations are provided in writing and clearly outline the scope of work. Any assumptions or exclusions will be explained before work begins.

3) Professional installation

All work is carried out by qualified electricians and installers in accordance with current regulations, manufacturer guidance and MCS standards.

4) Respect for your property

We take care to minimise disruption, keep work areas tidy and treat your property with respect throughout the installation.

5) Certification and handover

Where applicable, we provide MCS certification, system documentation and guidance on system operation following completion of works.

6) Aftercare and support

We remain available after installation to answer questions, provide support and assist with any reasonable post-installation queries.

7) Complaints handling

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.

If a complaint cannot be resolved, you have the right to escalate the matter in line with our Complaints Procedure and the TrustMark Code of Practice.
