Warranties & Guarantees
All solar products and systems we install are covered by:
- Manufacturer warranties (typically 10–25 years on panels, 5–10 years on inverters).
- Our workmanship guarantee (typically 2–10 years, depending on the service).
- Insurance-backed guarantees where required under TrustMark

Returns & Complaints Procedure
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service:
- Contact our customer service team by phone or email.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 10 working days.
- If you're not satisfied, you can escalate the issue via TrustMark's resolution process.
